We have specific deadlines for each approval and payment, and if approvals and payments are not confirmed within the respective deadlines, we will consider the request invalid.
If approval of the estimate contents is not received by the approval deadline stated in the estimate.
If payment is not confirmed by the payment due date in the invoice.
■ Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations, etc.
Due to the nature of the products, cancellations after payment and commencement of work cannot be accepted. In cases where the client is required to provide data, failure to provide the necessary data by the specified deadline will result in the request being deemed invalid due to the client's fault, and a cancellation fee of 20% of the invoice amount will be charged. If payment has already been made, the cancellation fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be transferred to the client's designated account. Please note that the client is responsible for the transfer fees.
■ Revision of Delivered Products
Before delivery, we will confirm the finished product with you in advance. If you are not satisfied with the finished product, up to 3 retakes are possible free of charge before delivery.
Please note that in general, we may not be able to accommodate the following requests at the client's convenience:
Re-adjustment or modification of the mix, including pitch adjustments and harmonies, after delivery.
Re-recording of audio sources after pitch correction (including partial re-recordings).
Re-adjustment of the mix due to re-recording of audio sources after pitch correction.
For the above post-delivery adjustments, additional charges may apply, and there may be changes to the delivery schedule. Please be aware of this in advance.

We do not take responsibility for any malfunctions or issues with PCs or other playback devices that may occur when using the delivered data. Additionally, communication and data usage fees related to the request are the client's responsibility. Please be aware of this in advance.
